F Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
hll meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
'Waterloo, Iowa, at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 5th day of May, 2003, for the
purpose: of holding a public hearing on proposed plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc. for the
tran'sfer/processing of recyclable materials, in the City of
Waterloo and the taking of bids therefore.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21th day of April, 2003 .
