NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA that permission is hereby granted to Waterloo Memorial Board to hold annual Memorial Day Parade on May 26, 2003 beginning at 10:30 a.m. with parade route to travel west on Commercial Street to Park Avenue, north to Mulberry Street, east to 5th Street and then south to Memorial Hall.
