`; m ` WHEREAS, it has been proposed that the Council of the City
co4. d Daterloo, Iowa, approve a site plan amendment for Hy-Vee for
<A 'property generally located on Flammang Drive, just northeast of
tie: Hy-Vee Store for the purpose of developing a proposed

ooxxvenience store and legally described as follows:

Crossroads Plat No. 6 Lot 5, all in the City of
F-� Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on April 28, 2003, at
5 : 30 p.m. , at City Hall Council Chambers, Waterloo, Iowa, as
provided by law, by the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, on
the proposal to approve said above mentioned site plan amendment,
and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said site
plan amendment should be approved as proposed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that a site plan amendment for Hy-Vee for
property generally located on Flammang Drive, just northeast of
the Hy-Vee Store for the purpose of developing a proposed
convenience store, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of April, 2003, and
approved by the Mayor this 1st day of May, 2003.
