RESOLUTION DEDICATING PROPERTY GENERALLY
LOCATED JUST NORTHEAST OF SKYLINE DRIVE
FOR EASEMENT PURPOSES IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the following described property:
That part of West Fourth Street lying westerly of the
westerly right of way line of Hoff Road and northeasterly of
a line 50 feet northeasterly of the centerline of Skyline
Drive, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
be and the same is hereby dedicated for easement purposes .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of April , 2003 .
