Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5: 30 p.m. on the 19th day of May, 2003 for the
purpose of considering and acting upon the request to send out
notification to property owners on proposed repairs in conjunction
with the Sidewalk Inspection and Repair Program - Zone 3.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of April, 2003.
