BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,

the agreement dated May 5, 2003, for a Juvenile
',?;]Accountability Incentive Block Grant (JAIBG) in the amount of

E-4$16, 492 . 00 by and between the Iowa Division of Criminal and
-Juvenile Justice Planning and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute
the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
