C-) H . BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Access Agreement dated May 5, 2003 for access to easement
(" for maintenance or repair of sewer infrastructure located along

tr-Taammang Drive, by and between Hy-Vee Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa, and
zthe City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
