s RESOLUTION GRANTING PERMISSION TO DAWN WESSELS
TO HOLD ALL WOMEN RIDE ON MAY 17, 2003.

g WHEREAS, Dawn Wessels has made written application to the
w `7City Council asking that she be authorized and permitted to hold
All Women Ride on May 17, 2003, and

WHEREAS, said ride will be held from 10: 00 a.m. to 12: 00
moon, with route to begin at Harley-Davidson/Buell Cycle Center
Rofi Highway 63 South along West Ridgeway Avenue, through Cedar
Falls, back along University Avenue to 11th Street, north to
Lafayette Street, east to Evansdale ending at Junies Truck Stop
in Evansdale.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA that permission is hereby granted to Dawn
Wessels to hold All Women Ride on May 17, 2003 from 10: 00 a.m. to
12: 00 noon, with route to begin at Harley-Davidson/Buell Cycle
Center on Highway 63 South along West Ridgeway Avenue, through
Cedar Falls, back along University Avenue to 11th Street, north
to Lafayette Street, east to Evansdale ending at Junies Truck
Stop in Evansdale.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of May, 2003.
