H H H 0 "i RESOLUTION NO. 2003-322 s s ,, caH v, 0 tr RESOLUTION GRANTING PERMISSION TO KOKZ RADIO • t5 E, TO HOLD 4TH STREET CRUISE ON MAY 24, 2003. o Hi o w m WHEREAS, KOKZ Radio has made written application to the City w 'Council asking that they be authorized and permitted to hold 4th c/i -'Street Cruise on May 24, 2003, and 0 - WHEREAS, said cruise will be held from noon to approximately 04: 30 p.m. , with one route to begin on 4th Street to Mulberry, east .to 5th Street, south on 5th Street to Commercial, east on Commercial to 4th Street, north on 4th Street to Mulberry, and second route to begin south on 4th Street from Mulberry to Jefferson, west on Jefferson to Park, north on Park to Mulberry and east on Mulberry to 4th Street . NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA that permission is hereby granted to KOKZ Radio to hold 4th Street Cruise on May 24, 2003 from noon to approximately 4 : 30 p.m. , with one route to begin on 4th Street to Mulberry, east to 5th Street, south on 5th Street to Commercial, east on Commercial to 4th Street, north on 4th Street to Mulberry, and second route to begin south on 4th Street from Mulberry to Jefferson, west on Jefferson to Park, north on Park to Mulberry and east on Mulberry to 4th Street.
