BF IT`''.RzESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
=,AS FOLLOWS:
`Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
Stall eetnat City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa at 5:,30 p.m. on the 2nd day of June, 2003, for the purpose of
consider ,ng and acting upon a proposal to sell and convey
property generally located just south of 705 Logan Avenue in
exchange for property generally located just northwest of 705
Logan Avenue to Operation Threshold, and legally described as
follows:
Kentzelmans Addition Lot 23, with the City' s retention
of an easement over, under and above the above
described property, all in the City of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of May, 2003 .
