RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENTS WITH CANADIAN
NATIONAL/ILLINOIS CENTRAL RAILROAD AND IOWA
5_ DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENTS BY MAYOR.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
thát the Agreements dated May 12, 2003, for Grade Crossing
Surface Repair funds in conjunction with construction of crossing
co Hat Lafayette Street, at a total cost of $56, 236. 00, with City' s
Lshare: of $11, 587 . 00, and construction of crossing at Leversee
Rodj at a total cost of $59, 208 . 00, with City' s share of
'-t$6 061 . 00 by and between the Canadian National/Illinois Central
Railroad and the Iowa Department of Transportation, and the City
'of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the
Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of May, 2003 .
