tri BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
! WATERLOO, IOWA, that the northerly end of Pheasant Lane
generally located between Lots 151 and 152 in Granger' s
Second Addition, legally described as follows:
That part of vacated Pheasant Lane in Granger' s
Second Addition, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 151 of
said Granger' s Second Addition; thence N89°34' 55"E
along the Northerly line of said Granger' s Second
Addition a distance of 60. 00 feet to the Northwest
corner of Lot 152 of said Granger' s Second
Addition; thence SOO°00' 23"E along the Easterly
line of Pheasant Lane a distance of 51 . 44 feet;
thence Southwesterly along a non-tangent curve
concave Southeasterly having a radius of 50. 00
feet and a long chord bearing S50°45' 44"W a
distance of 88 . 61 feet to the Westerly line of
Pheasant Lane; thence N00°00' 23"W along the
Westerly line of Pheasant Lane a distance of
100. 00 feet to the point of beginning.
The Westerly line of Pheasant Lane is assumed to
bear NOO°00' 23"W, all in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa;
be and the same is hereby accepted and dedicated for easement
purposes.
