RESOLUTION GRANTING REQUEST OF LOGAN MIDDLE

ORDINANCE NO. 3094 .

O El- WHEREAS, Logan Middle School is having an end-of-year

o delebration, which includes musical instruments and choirs on the

WHEREAS, said singing and band activity exceeds the limits of
tie Noise Ordinance, Ordinance No. 3094, and
r= WHEREAS, said Logan Middle School has made formal application
Rfor a variance to the Noise Ordinance, Ordinance No. 3094,
effective June 2, 2003 from 4 : 30 p.m. to 9: 00 p.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA that the request of Logan Middle School for a
variance to Ordinance No. 3094, Noise Ordinance, in conjunction
with singing and band activity on the track and field location
south of the school building on June 2, 2003 from 4 :30 p.m. to
9: 00 p.m. be and the same hereby granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of May, 2003.
