the purpose of considering and acting upon an application of Jack
Nooren on behalf of Family Video to rezone from "R-3" Multiple
Family Residence District to "C-1" Commercial District property
generally located at the northwest corner of West Ridgeway and
Ansborough Avenues to allow for construction of a video store and
small retail uses, and legally described as follows :
Unplatted Waterloo West part Southeast Section 33
Township 89 Range 13 described as follows: commencing
at a point on South line said Southeast which is 125 . 65
feet West of Southeast corner said Southeast thence
North 01°03' West 33 feet to point of beginning and
North line Ridgeway Avenue thence continuing North
01°03' West 271 . 4 feet thence East 51 . 27 feet thence
South 02°35' West 50 feet thence South 01°58' East 125
feet thence South 07°49' West 81 . 56 feet thence South
11°35' West 16 feet thence West 34 . 02 feet to point of
beginning; and
Unplatted Waterloo West part Southeast Southeast

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
Notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
