"W}jER AS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the. Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 9th day of June, 2003, for
the purpose of considering and acting upon an application of
:'oriel :R Wise to rezone from "R-2" Residential District to "C-
' 2,C-Z Conditional Zoning property generally located at 541
Albany Street for the purpose of establishing a commercial dog
kennel, and legally described as follows :
Shilliams Fourth Addition, Lot 11, Block 2 and Lot 12,
Block 2, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
Notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of May, 2003.
