(E,s d,'HEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall
feet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo, Iowa
at 5, 0 p.m. on the 9th day of June, 2003, for the purpose of
(considering and acting upon amendments to Ordinance No. 2479,
!.-Zoning Ordinance, as amended, upon the recommendation of approval
of the City Planning, Programming and Zoning Commission, as it
pertains to creating a new Rural Residential District, which
would allow for development within the city limits where city
services would not be available, a copy of which is on file in
the office of the City Clerk.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the
time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of May, 2003.
