THE CLERK TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall
neet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo, Iowa
.m. on the 16th day of June, 2003, for the purpose of
ccon8iering and acting upon amendments to Ordinance No. 2479,
rZoning Ordinance, as amended, upon the recommendation of approval
of the City Planning, Programming and Zoning Commission, to allow
two-family row dwellings in all residential districts in Part
III, 2A3 (37) , Part VII, 2A-11 (A) , and Part VIII, 2A-14 (A) , a copy
of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the
time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of May, 2003 .
