RESOLUTION NO. 2003-356
RESOLUTION GRANTING PERMISSION TO MANATT' S,
INC. TO PLACE CONCRETE IN THE AREA BETWEEN
THE CURB AND THE SIDEWALK AT 84 W. MULLAN
AVENUE FOR BEAUTIFICATION AND MAINTENANCE
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made written application to
the City Council asking that Manatt' s, Inc . be authorized and
permitted to place concrete in the area between the back of curb
and the sidewalk at 84 W. Mullan Avenue for beautification and
maintenance purposes, and
WHEREAS, it is the sense of the Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, that said request should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that permission is hereby granted to Manatt' s,
Inc . to place concrete in the area between the back of curb and
the sidewalk at 84 W. Mullan Avenue for beautification and
maintenance purposes .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27t'' day of May, 2003 .
