WHEREAS, K. Cunningham Construction Company, Inc. is
,pc,erfolilting work within the city limits of the City of Waterloo, in
o •conjunction with San Marnan Drive Project, Phase II, STP-U-
co
D81.5.5 (657) --70-07, Contract No. 647, and
WHEREAS, said company' s operations exceed the limits of
Chapter 25.5 of the Noise Control Ordinance, and
WHEREAS, said company has made formal application for a
variance effective from May 27, 2003 to November 1, 2003.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA that the request of K. Cunningham Construction
Company, Inc. for a variance to Chapter 25.5 of the Noise Control
Ordinance, be and the same hereby granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of May, 2003.
