w t . � BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
fl, F4th# the Professional Services Agreement dated May 27, 2003, at a
d at not to exceed $20, 000. 00, to provide technical assistance in
-completing grant documentation for the BEDI grant and Section 108
r'1oan in conjunction with the Rath Brownfield Redevelopment Area,
by and between Development Solutions Inc. of Annapolis, Maryland,
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of May, 2003 .
