a) RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ADDENDUM TO PURCHASE
E--1 tri AGREEMENT WITH RICK BROWN AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID ADDENDUM BY MAYOR.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Addendum to Purchase Agreement dated May 27, 2003, for
the city to pay one-half the cost for Phase II environmental
(I) itudy in conjunction with the purchase of property generally
HroCrated at the corner of Jefferson Street and West lit Street,
by and between Rick Brown, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and
the_ same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute
the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27rd day of May, 2003.
