olpehaving a live band playing on their property, facing away from

WHEREAS, said live band will exceed the limits of the Noise
4inance, Ordinance No. 3094, and
WHEREAS, said Daryl and Meri Kay Chase have made formal
tkaplication for a variance to the Noise Ordinance, Ordinance No.
3094, on June 21, 2003 from 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA that the request of Daryl and Meri Kay Chase, 555
W. Wellington Street, for a variance to Ordinance No. 3094, Noise
Ordinance, on June 21, 2003, from 7:00 p.m. to 11 :00 p.m. , be and
the same hereby granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9u1 day of June, 2003.
