RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CREATION OF NEW FUND.

C4 0 WHEREAS, the Vision Iowa Project is underway, and

WHEREAS, the Vision Iowa Project is a multi-year project

ftith multiple funding streams, and

WHEREAS, the establishment of a new capital projects fund
or the Vision Iowa Project will enable the Finance Department to
*tore accurately complete the accounting for the projects if
ransactions are recorded in a separate fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that a new capital projects fund for the
Vision Iowa projects be established as the Vision Iowa Projects
Fund.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of June, 2003.
