That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 7 day of July, 2003, for the purpose of considering and acting upon a proposal to vacate an 8 foot 8 inch utility easement generally located at 1053 Belle Street and legally described as follows: The southerly 8 feet, 8 inches of Lot 120, except the westerly 8 feet, 8 inches of said Lot 120 in Cedar Terrace Third Addition, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa; Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of June, 2003. John .
