O m pfE` , cthe Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall meettr..n he Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, at 5: 30 p.m. on the 14 day of July, 2003, for the purpose of considering the request of Fred Miehe on behalf of Eye Co. LLC for a site plan amendment to the "C-2" Commercial District for property generally located just north of the Red Lobster on Hammond Avenue to allow for retail use of the property and legally described as follows: Parcel "B" of Plat of Survey 343 Miscellaneous 374 of part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 3, Township 88 North, Range 13 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
