BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
the agreement dated June 16, 2003, for Consultant Services
tZADrepare an application for an Air Service Grant for the
NStt- rloo Regional Airport, by and between Sabre, Inc. of
a1hlake, Texas, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
its ±ereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same
in [behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
