RESOLUTION APPROVING SITE PLAN AMENDMENT TO

trHEREAS, it has been proposed that the Council of the City
ga erloo, Iowa, approve a site plan amendment to the "C-1, C-Z"
;gingi,,,tional Commercial District for Todd Welch for property
IRT; lly located at 2761 Logan Avenue for the purpose of adding
- torage facility and legally described as follows:
sNorthgate Addition, Lots 71 and 72, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on June 23, 2003, at 5:30
p.m. , at City Hall Council Chambers, Waterloo, Iowa, as provided
by law, by the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, on the
proposal to approve said above mentioned site plan amendment, and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said site
plan amendment should be approved as proposed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that a site plan amendment to the "C-1, C-
Z" Conditional Commercial District for Todd Welch for property
generally located at 2761 Logan Avenue for the purpose of adding
mini-storage facility, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of June, 2003, and approved
by the Mayor this 25th day of June, 2003 .
