`;' k:KuE--i WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Leisure
1: 5 #ices Director to prepare and file plans, specifications, foim
o f. ,Contract and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , for the 2003
airway Seeding Project, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as
$pe ified in the specifications, and
WHEREAS, the Leisure Services Director has filed said plans,
specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of
costs, etc. , and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
having considered the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract
and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , be, and the same are
hereby preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of June, 2003.
