CD tC O o o Q � oo WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, j h x tofore instructed the Leisure Services Director of said City ptb repare proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc , for the 2003 Fairway Seeding Project, in the City of rrloo, Iowa, and - WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the 2003 Fairway Seeding Project, which were preliminarily approved on June 23, 2003, and WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on July 7, 2003, and no objections were made. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the 2003 Fairway Seeding Project, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
