NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
*ATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
g:s so ordered on motion by this Council that the said
improvements be made in accordance with said specifications.
