That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 21st day of July, 2003, for the purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed plans, specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost for the F.Y. 2003 N.E. Industrial Park - GT Drive Extension Project, Contract No. 663, in the City of Waterloo and the taking of bids therefore. Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of July, 2003. John R.
