" u4 e of allowing retail use of the property and legally

E-4 " 'arcel "B" of Plat of Survey 343 Miscellaneous 374 of
part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 3, Township 88
North, Range 13 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian,
all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on July 14, 2003, at 5: 30
p.m. , at City Hall Council Chambers, Waterloo, Iowa, as provided
by law, by the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, on the
proposal to approve said above mentioned site plan amendment, and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said site
plan amendment should be approved as proposed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that a site plan amendment to the "C-2"
Commercial District for Eye Co. LLC for property generally
located just north of the Red Lobster on Hammond Avenue for the
purpose of allowing retail use of the property, be and the same
is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of July, 2003, and approved
by the Mayor Pro Tem this 16th day of July, 2003.
