That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo, Iowa at 5: 30 p.m. on the 28th day of July, 2003, for the purpose of considering and acting upon a proposal to vacate, sell and convey property generally located on Home Park Boulevard south of Lot 12 and the west 20 feet of Lot 13 in Lewis Miller' s Small Farms Addition to Bill Ramsey, and legally described as follows: That part of the 100 foot wide Home Park Boulevard right-of-way as platted in Lewis Miller' s Small Farms addition to the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, that lies East of the southerly extension of the West line of Lot 12 of said addition, and West of the Northwesterly line of the City of Waterloo bike trail right-of-way (formerly the 100 foot wide Chicago Great Western right-of-way) , with the city' s retention of a permanent easement over, under and above the above described property, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa; for $4, 079. 00, plus costs . Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of July, 2003 .
