The West One-half (W ) of the South One-half (S ) of the Southwest Quarter (SW of Section Twenty- six (26) , Township Eighty-eight North, Range Thirteen (13) West of the Fifth Principal Meridian in Black Hawk County, Iowa, except all legal highways and excepting that part thereof described as follows: The West Five Hundred Ten (510. 0) feet of the South Three Hundred Fifteen and 5/lOths (315. 5) feet of said South One-half (S ) of the Southwest Quarter (SW of said Section Twenty-six (26) , all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Release of Real Estate Mortgage dated July 14, 2003, for payment of Promissory Note in conjunction with the Kimball South Rural Water Main Project, by and between Marilyn A. Hoskins, 1125 E. Schrock Road, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved and the Mayor Pro Tem authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
