SouthtilRuria4 Water Main Project for the following described
property:
The South Three Hundred Fifteen (315.0) feet of
the East Three Hundred Thirty-two and 35/100' s
(332 . 35) of the West One Thousand Eight Hundred
Forty-nine and 45/100' s (1, 849. 45) feet of the
South One-half (S ) of the Southwest Quarter (SWN
of Section Twenty-seven (27 ) , Township Eighty-
eight (88) North, Range Thirteen (13) West of the
Fifth Principal Meridian in Black Hawk County,
Iowa, except that part conveyed for road purposes
to Black Hawk County by Warranty Deed recorded in
Book 450 of Deeds at Page 271, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Release of Real Estate
Mortgage dated July 14, 2003, for payment of Promissory Note
in conjunction with the Kimball South Rural Water Main
Project, by and between Gladys M. Erie, 311 E. Schrock Road,
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved and the Mayor Pro Tem authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of July, 2003.
