p.m., on the 4th day of August, 2003, for the purpose of
conWiderAg and acting upon amendments to Ordinance No. 2479,
Zoning Ordinance, as amended, as it pertains to increasing filing
fees for Planning Staff related items, a copy of which is on file
in the office of the City Clerk.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the
time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of July, 2003.
