° r' n WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the City
ngirz � to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of
crontr,A and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , for the
conbtuction of the F.Y. 2004 Sidewalk Block Grant Repair Program
- Mire 3, Contract No. 665, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as
specified in the specifications, and
WHEREAS, the Engineers have filed said plans,
specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of
costs, etc. , and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
having considered the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract
and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , be, and the same are
hereby preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of July, 2003.
