sonsricering and acting upon amendments to Ordinance No. 2479,
trZon%ng Ordinance, as amended, upon the recommendation of approval
of Thr4.- City Planning, Programming and Zoning Commission, as it
pertains to creating a new "B-P" Business Park District, which
would allow for professional offices, commercial and light
industrial uses, a copy of which is on file in the office of the
City Clerk.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the
time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of July, 2003.
