AT o tyt sw tart CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS AND INSTRUCTING tii3 THE CLERK TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING. ru 01Ecs I 1-1 RE AS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall -ktesegat €pity Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo, Iowa 58 $:`10 A.m. on the 11th day of August, 2003, for the purpose of ons'igering and acting upon amendments to Ordinance No. 2479, on Ordinance, as amended, upon the recommendation of approval of T1 City Planning, Programming and Zoning Commission, as it pertains to creating a new "C-P" Planned Commercial District, which would allow for residential uses, professional offices and commercial uses, a copy of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
