WHEREAS, said Engineer did file said preliminary plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the F.Y. 2003 N.E.
Industrial Park - GT Drive Extension Project, known as Contract
No. 663, which were preliminarily approved on July 7, 2003, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on July 21,
2003, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract and bond, etc. , for the F.Y. 2003 N.E. Industrial Park -
GT Drive Extension Project, known as Contract No. 663, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as
filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of July, 2003.
