C) w RESOLUTION NO. 2003-505 ca RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF o Hloq N SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE F.Y. 2004 SIDEWALK BLOCK ' � x H n H GRANT REPAIR PROGRAM - ZONE 3, CONTRACT NO. +rt.) © © Ht� 665. b • tri trr 0 IV) AHREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, 9,,ti5f§re instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare proposed specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the F.Y. 2004 Sidewalk Block Grant Repair Program - Zone 3, Contract No. 665, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and WHEREAS, said City Engineer did file said preliminary specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the F.Y. 2004 Sidewalk Block Grant Repair Program - Zone 3, Contract No. 665, which were preliminarily approved on July 14, 2003, and WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on July 28, 2003, and no objections were made. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, form of contract and bond, etc. , for the F.Y. 2004 Sidewalk Block Grant Repair Program - Zone 3, Contract No. 665, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
