�, hat the bid of K. Cunningham Construction Co. , Inc. of
Cedar' Falls, Iowa, in the amount of $364, 766. 89, for the
cConstKuction of the F.Y. 2003 N.E. Industrial Park - GT Drive
Exte ion, RM-8155 (658)-90-07, Contract No. 663, described in the
plans and specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for
said project, after public hearing on published notice required
by law, be and is hereby accepted, the same being the lowest bid
received for said work.
The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute
contract with the said contractor for the construction of said
improvements, said contract not to be binding on the City until
approved by this Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of August, 2003.
