ineer did file said preliminary plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the F.Y. 2004
Sidewalk Repair Assessment Program - Zone 3, known as Contract
No. 666, which were preliminarily approved on July 21, 2003, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on August
11, 2003, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract and bond, etc. , for the F.Y. 2004 Sidewalk Repair
Assessment Program - Zone 3, known as Contract No. 666, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as
filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of August, 2003.
