hat the bid of B & B Builders and Supply of Waterloo, Iowa,
amount of $18, 196. 32, for the F.Y. 2004 Sidewalk Repair
o lct! Grant Program - Zone 3, Contract No. 665, described in the
�plai and specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for
saiA roject, after public hearing on published notice required
by law, be and is hereby accepted, the same being the lowest bid
received for said work.
The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute
contract with the said contractor for the construction of said
improvements, said contract not to be binding on the City until
approved by this Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of August, 2003.
