County Fall Freedom Fest on September 6, 2003, from 10:00

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of United Sisters of
Black Hawk County to hold a United Sisters of Black Hawk County
Fall Freedom Fest on September 6, 2003, from 10:00 a.m. to 6: 00
p.m. at Lincoln Park and Sullivan Park, including a freedom walk
beginning at Lincoln Park and ending at Sullivan Park, be and the
same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of August, 2003.
