o X d N BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
`r KitAq the Agreement dated August 18, 2003, to provide
n' cilanical/electrical engineering services for design of the
T son Controls DDC System and associated electrical work with

ximkovements and electrical lighting improvements with total fee
not * to exceed 9 percent in conjunction with Five Sullivan
Brothers Convention Center Equipment Energy Retrofit Program, by
and between Gilmor & Doyle, LTD, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
