RESOLUTION NO. 2021-515 RESOLUTION APPROVING COMPLETION OF PROJECT AND ACCEPTANCE OF WORK FOR WORK PERFORMED BY BOULDER CONTRACTING, LLC, OF GRUNDY CENTER, IOWA IN THE AMOUNT OF $253,123, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2021 GREENBELT LAKE REAP GRANT PROJECT, CONTRACT NO. 1042. WHEREAS, Boulder Contracting, LLC, of Grundy Center, Iowa, performed work in conjunction with the FY 2021 Greenbelt Lake REAP Grant Project, Contract No. 1042, and WHEREAS, Boulder Contracting, LLC, has completed the aforementioned project, in accordance with the bid documents, specifications, form of contract, etc., as approved by Council February 1, 2021, Resolution No. 2021-057. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of Acceptance of Work, for work performed by Boulder Contracting, LLC, at a total cost of $253,123.00, in conjunction with the FY 2021 Greenbelt Lake REAP Grant Project, Contract No. 1042, are hereby approved.
