RESOLUTION NO. 2021-524
RESOLUTION APPROVING A BUSINESS PROPERTY LEASE
WITH FRIENDS OF FAITH RETIREMENT HOMES, INC., IN
THE AMOUNT OF $10, FOR THE USE OF PROPERTY
LOCATED EAST OF 527 PARK LANE, WITH A TERM
ENDING DECEMBER 31, 2096, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Business Property Lease Agreement, dated August 2, 2021, between Faith Retirement
Homes, Inc. and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for use of property located east of 527 Park Lane,
with a term ending December 31, 2096, in the amount of $10.00, is hereby approved and the
Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City
of Waterloo.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of August 2021.
