RESOLUTION NO. 2021-525
RESOLUTION APPROVING AWARD OF BID TO WERTJES
UNIFORMS OF CEDAR FALLS, IOWA, WITH A NOT TO
EXCEED AMOUNT OF $24,000, IN CONJUNCTION WITH
THE FYE 2022 POLICE DEPARTMENT UNIFORM NEEDS
AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 2021-466 IN ITS
ENTIRETY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the bid of Wertjes Uniforms of Cedar Falls, Iowa, in an amount not to exceed $24,000, in
conjunction with the FYE 2022 Police Department uniform needs, be and is hereby approved and
awarded to Wertjes Uniforms.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Resolution No. 2021-466 is hereby rescinded in its
entirety.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of August 2021.
