RESOLUTION NO. 2021-527
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH VANDEWALLE AND ASSOCIATES, IN
THE AMOUNT OF $72,000, IN CONJUNCTION WITH FY
2021-2022 DOWNTOWN WATERLOO PLANNING EFFORTS,
REDEVELOPMENT DESIGN, RIVERFRONT DEVELOPMENT
AND FUNDING OPPORTUNITIES, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated August 2, 2021, between Vandewalle and
Associates, of Madison, Wisconsin and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $72,000, in
conjunction with FY 2021-2022 downtown Waterloo planning efforts, redevelopment design,
riverfront development and funding opportunities, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is
authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of August 2021.
